Hello backers!
Here is an update on the shipment of new copies of the Kosmohedron, but first an update on what happened previously.
Unfortunately, our printer made a binding error in the product that forced us to take back copies already shipped to Italy and delay the necessary shipments to the US.
The failed copies of the Kosmohedron that were shipped to Europe and the rest of the world were left for backers in these areas, who will now find themselves with 2 copies, one failed and one corrected.
The corrected copies for backers residing in Italy, have been shipped these days with the contextual withdrawal of the failed copy, as per previous communication on Kickstarter.
As far as backers resident in the United States are concerned, we would like to inform you that our shipper picked up the pallet in May, and the shipments will be made by Alliance Distribution by the end of July/beginning of August, as the goods are expected to arrive in the US warehouses during the coming week.
On behalf of all, therefore, we apologise for the shipment delays!

Ecco un aggiornamento sulle spedizioni delle nuove copie del Kosmohedron, ma prima un aggiornamento su quello che è successo precedentemente.
Purtroppo il nostro stampatore ha effettuato un errore di rilegatura del prodotto che ci ha obbligato a ritirare le copie già spedite in Italia e a ritardare le spedizioni necessarie per gli Stati Uniti.
Le copie fallate del Kosmohedron, spedite in Europa e nel resto del mondo, sono state lasciate ai backer che risiedono in queste zone, che ora si ritroveranno 2 copie, una fallata e una corretta.
Le copie corrette per i backer residenti in Italia, sono state spedite in questi giorni con il ritiro contestuale della copia fallata, come da precedente comunicazione su Kickstarter.
Per quanto riguarda i backer residenti negli Stati Uniti vi informiamo che il nostro spedizioniere ha ritirato il bancale nel mese di Maggio, e le spedizioni saranno effettuate da Alliance Distribution entro al fine di Luglio/inizio Agosto poiché è previsto l'arrivo della merce nei magazzini statunitensi durante la settimana prossima.
A nome di tutte e tutti, quindi, ci scusiamo per i ritardi delle spedizioni!

Hello from the Fantasy World team!
We are sending this email to inform you about the Fantasy World Kickstarter shipments.
Thank you for your support and enthusiasm received through your messages; we could not be happier about it. Fantasy World RPG is a great success for us, and we want to share it with you.
Sharing, however, is not only limited to what makes MS Editions happy with its work but also to its confidence that it has met your expectations.
We later realized that the Kosmohedron Rulebook needed to conform to what you should receive. The printer informed us of his error in having included a quart of English pages in the Italian version of the Kosmohedron and a quart of Italian pages in its English version.
Unfortunately, several shipments have already left for delivery, but we will replace the copies of the Kosmohedron already delivered.
Here is how we will proceed:

Backers resident in Italy: Get your copy of the Kosmohedron, pack it up, and be ready because in the next few weeks we will be returning your new copy of the Kosmohedron and collecting the non-compliant one

Backers resident in Europe: your nonconforming copy will remain with you. We will deliver a new Kosmohedron book directly to your door.

Backers resident in U.S.: no problem for you, we were able to intercept the pallet headed to our distributors, and you will receive the Kosmohedron in its new version.

Backers resident in "Rest of the world": your nonconforming copy will remain with you, and we will deliver a new Kosmohedron Rulebook directly to your door.
For everyone: The time will be a bit longer, and you will receive the new copies of the Kosmohedron between May and June, but please be advised that the PDF of the Kosmohedron is perfect, and you can use it without any problems.
We are very sorry for the incident, which is beyond our control. You will receive the promised copy as soon as possible.

Inviamo questa comunicazione in merito alle spedizioni del Kickstarter di Fantasy World.
Vi ringraziamo per il supporto e per l’entusiasmo che ci sta giungendo tramite i vostri messaggi e non potremmo che essere più felici della cosa. Il gioco di ruolo di Fantasy World sarà per noi un grande successo che vogliamo condividere con voi.
La condivisione, però, non si limita solo a quello che rende MS Edizioni felice del lavoro svolto, ma anche nella sua sicurezza di aver soddisfatto le vostre aspettative.
Ci siamo accorti successivamente, quindi, che il manuale del Kosmohedron non era conforme a quello che dovevate ricevere. Lo stampatore ci ha comunicato il suo errore nell’aver inserito un quartino di pagine in inglese nella versione del Kosmohedron italiana e un quartino di pagine in italiano nella sua versione inglese.
Purtroppo, diverse spedizioni sono già partite per la consegna, ma sarà nostra premura sostituire le copie del Kosmohedron già consegnate.
Ecco come procederemo con i Backers, per regione di spedizione:

Backer residenti in Italia: Prendete la vostra copia del Kosmohedron, impacchettatale e tenetevi pronti perché nelle prossime settimane vi riconsegneremo la copia nuova del Kosmohedron e ritireremo quella non conforme

Backer residenti in Europa: la vostra copia non conforme rimarrà a voi, vi consegneremo una nuova copia direttamente davanti alla vostra porta.

Backer residenti in USA: nessun problema per voi, siamo riusciti a intercettare il bancale diretto ai nostri distributori e riceverete il Kosmohedron nella sua nuova versione

Backer residenti nel "Resto del Mondo": la vostra copia non conforme rimarrà a voi, vi consegneremo una nuova copia direttamente davanti alla vostra porta.
Per tutti: I tempi si allungheranno un po’ e riceverete le nuove copie del Kosmohedron tra maggio e giugno, ma vi informiamo che il PDF del Kosmohedron è perfetto e potete utilizzarlo senza problemi.
Siamo molto dispiaciuti per l'incidente, che sfugge al nostro controllo. Riceverete la copia promessa il prima possibile.

Have the Fantasy World packages been prepared and are they ready to be shipped yet?
BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
- If you live in Italy, FedEx will take care of shipping (we have provided your phone number and email to facilitate the process) and you may receive your pledge by the end of April.
- If you live within Europe, it will be GLS that will take care of the shipments (we have provided your phone number and email to facilitate the process) and you too could probably receive your pledge by the end of April!
- If you live in the U.S., the time frame is a bit longer but the material will leave by the end of April with delivery in May/June through USPS. We have provided all your details to facilitate the delivery process
- For all the other people who live in the far reaches of this "Fantasy World," please be advised that we are personally taking your packages to the MailBoxes location closest to our warehouses. Same for you too: data provided to facilitate delivery.
In the meantime, a quick quick photo of a stack of FW packages! (with warehouse broom and board games from other random vendors in the photo)

- Se abitate all'interno del territorio europeo sarà GLS che si prenderà cura delle spedizioni (abbiamo fornito il vostro numero di telefono e la vostra mail per facilitare il processo) e probabilmente anche voi potreste ricevere il vostro pledge entro la fine di Aprile.
- Se abitate in USA, i tempi sono un po' più lunghi ma il materiale partirà entro fine aprile con consegna a Maggio/Giugno attraverso USPS. Abbiamo fornito tutti i vostri dati per facilitare il processo di consegna
- Per tutte le altre persone che abitano nei luoghi più remoti di questo "Mondo Fantasy", vi comunichiamo che stiamo personalmente portando i vostri pacchi alla sede di MailBoxes più vicina ai nostri magazzini. Stessa cosa anche per voi: dati forniti per facilitare la consegna.

The Fantasy World Kickstarter manuals have finally arrived from the printer to our warehouses... and they are INCREDIBLE!
We are sure you will be pleased and satisfied with the quality of the product and the printing.
We expect to ship all backer pledges by April for Italy and Europe, while for the rest of the world we will entrust the products to our distributor Ares Games through Alliance Distribution.
However, stay with your eyes wide open because in the next few days we will show you some interiors of the manuals and photos with shipping updates

I manuali del Kickstarter di Fantasy World sono finalmente giunti dallo stampatore ai nostri magazzini... e sono INCREDIBILI!
Siamo sicuri che rimarrete soddisfatte e soddisfatti dalla qualità del prodotto e della stampa.
Contiamo di spedire tutti i pledge dei backer entro il mese di aprile per quanto riguarda Italia ed Europa, mentre per il resto del mondo affideremo i prodotti al nostro distributore Ares Games attraverso Alliance Distribution.
Restate comunque con gli occhi spalancati perché nei prossimi giorni vi faremo vedere un po' di interni dei manuali e foto con gli update delle spedizioni
